Costs are primarily determined on a time basis. The type and format of the content provided to us is a significant determining factor.

Web Presence Package

Designed for those companies who want to establish a web presence. This package consists of 1-2 pages with text and a one Logo graphic, and an email link or web form.

Cost: $200

Business Presence Package

Designed for those companies who want a "24-hour business card". This package consists of up to 3 pages with text and a minimum amount of images, and up to 5 links. This package can be used to inform your customers about your services and to offer a 7/24/365 Internet presence. marketing tools for your business!

Cost: $300 to $350

Starter Package

Designed for those companies who want a simple presence on the Internet. This package consists of approximately 4-10 pages with text and a minimum amount of images, 1 mailto form, and up to 100 links. The basic coordinating graphics (background, buttons,etc.) are built into the cost of the site (Custom banners, graphics and buttons are additional.)

Cost: $400 to $600 depending on content

Entry Level

This is one of our most popular packages and we will ensure that your new site is a powerful part of your overall marketing strategy.

This entry-level package typically consists of approximately 10-15 pages, 2 mailto forms, 1 banner, up to 4 graphically designed buttons, unlimited links, 5 scanned photos or graphics.

Cost: $650-$900 depending on content

Extensive

An extensive site is typically a very large detailed site. This well-rounded site includes unlimited links, 15-30 pages, unlimited mailto forms, 15 scanned photos and images, up to 5 banners, and advanced HTML coding.

Special Occasion Packages

Getting Married? Birth of a new child? Graduating from High School, College or Graduate School?

The web is the best way to share your special occasion with family and friends.

Email us to learn how you can document your special occasion. Packages start at $100.

Desktop Publishing

Black and White - $25 per page design or $15 per hour (whichever is cheaper)

Color - $35 per page design or $20 per hour (whichever is cheaper)

**All hourly charges billed in 30 minute increments

Web Site Consultation

Consultation generally cost $25 - $30 per hour, depending on the content (billed in 30 minute increments) depending on the detail of the site and what the needs of your company are. Kee Concepts specializes in accessible web sites, Section 508, W3C, and government guidelines. We will run a link check and a Bobby check on your site, as well as, perform an expert analysis of the functionality of your site.

Web Site Redesign

Kee Concepts is more than happy to enhance your existing site and improve upon its looks and feel. This can be anything from changing the overall navigation and layout or a complete overhaul of the existing site.

Cost: $800-$1000 depending on content

A-la-Carte Menu

The a-la-carte menu is intended for people who want less than what the Starter package has to offer and also to add to one of the existing packages above. Kee Concepts will work with you to help you choose the best package to fit your information technology needs or we will custom design a package for you. Contact us for a bid.

Our a-la-carte menu includes, but not limited to:

• Additional pages - $35 - 50 each
• Additional links - $50 for each group of 50 links
• Additional mailto forms - $5-10 each
• Additional (graphical) buttons - $35 for a set of four or $10 each
• 1-color Banner- $35 each
• 2-color Banners - $50 each
• 3-color Banner - $65 each
• Frames layout - $100 - 200
• Content Editing - $50 - $100 per hour (billed in 30 minute increments)

Page Maintenance

Kee Concepts offers continual page maintenance to its customers. Page maintenance is generally paid on a monthly basis. Monthly fees can be as low as $2 a day!

Web Site Hosting

All sites receive free submissions to the major search engines and directories. We do not use automatic submission services. All sites are hand submitted to ensure effectiveness.
